Leopard Controls was awarded the mechanical electrical, Distech Controls DDC monitoring and site-wide integration of Niagara N4 BMS for a new living accommodation development project at HMAS Stirling. This project involved the construction of seven (7) new living-in accommodation (LIA) buildings to support increased crew members and trainees from the MOSC and ACOPV vessels. The scope included Senior Sailors, Junior Officers, and Trainee accommodations, each with accessible units to meet statutory requirements. Leopard Controls’ role was critical in integrating advanced building management systems to ensure energy efficiency and seamless monitoring across the site, supporting both permanent and training personnel.
