In 2016, Leopard Controls was awarded the mechanical electrical and BMS portion of the development project for DFO Perth, located at Perth Airport. The project involved a 24,000m² retail space featuring over 110 specialty outlets, predominantly fashion, along with a creative mix of food and beverage outlets. The site, situated on a nine-hectare area on Dunreath Drive within the Airport West Retail Park, included provisions for 1,600 parking spaces. Leopard Controls’ role encompassed the installation and commissioning of the building management systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency across the facility. DFO Perth opened in 2018.
