Leopard Controls was awarded the Energy Management System (EMS) portion of a new residential tower development in 2021, comprising 99 apartments across two independent towers with shared basement parking. The project features 61 apartments in the eastern tower and 38 in the western tower. This residential complex is designed with modern architecture and functionality in mind, where even the smallest details, such as drainage systems and balconies with 45-degree angles, were customized for seamless integration.

Leopard Controls implemented the Optergy EMS, a non-subscription service that provides ongoing tenant billing without any monthly costs, to monitor and manage energy consumption throughout the building. The system supports efficient energy use across the complex, including the integration of lighting, HVAC, and other essential services. Optergy’s open protocol ensures compatibility with third-party systems, providing a flexible and scalable solution. The EMS also enables real-time monitoring, reporting, and optimization, ensuring residents benefit from a sustainable and energy-efficient environment.

Leopard Controls’ contribution to the project ensured that both towers meet modern energy standards while maintaining the design aesthetic and operational efficiency expected in high-end residential developments.
