Leopard Controls was awarded the BMS Turnkey Control Panel and the supply of equipment for the Rocky Ridge Brewery development project. This involves the supply and installation of a Cellar Control Panel with several key functions, including:
- Touch display and control screen with web access via site Wi-Fi
- Temperature monitoring and control for 14 Uni Tanks, each with solenoid control and “profile fermentation temperature” settings
- Hour timer functionality to adjust the temperature setpoints automatically
- Monitoring and control of 6 Bright Tanks, spare capacity for future tanks, and Glycol Tank Read
- Alarm system for Glycol temperature and Chiller run status, along with future monitoring for a VFD pump and pressure switch
- Space for additional controllers in the board
Additionally, Leopard Controls will supply and install a Brewhouse Control Panel featuring Phoenix Contact PLCs, HMI displays, control of pneumatic valves, temperature sensors, and IFM Flow Sensors, as well as the mechanical electrical scope for 6 VSDs (Variable Speed Drives) for various brewery pumps and equipment.
