Leopard Controls was awarded the access control upgrade project at Murdoch University for Orthocell, a leading regenerative medicine company. The project encompassed the supply, installation, engineering, and commissioning of a comprehensive access control system. This included the installation of power and control cabling from the MSSB to the loading dock, main entrance, and reception desk intercom locations. Additionally, push button overrides were installed at the reception desk to unlock doors remotely, along with two door strikes and a card reader for the main entrance.
The upgrade also featured the integration of AIphone 7” color video kits, door stations, and expansion monitors for enhanced security and monitoring. Nine TVT facial recognition access control panels were installed, alongside a 24-port POE network switch to support current and future expansions. Leopard Controls engineered the system to integrate the intercom and face recognition features with the access system, ensuring seamless functionality. Testing, commissioning, and complete documentation of the system concluded the project.
