In early 2018, Leopard Controls was awarded the 189 Royal Street Project, a State Government facility comprising 30,000 sqm of net lettable area over four levels. Strategically located in the heart of East Perth’s Silver City district, the building serves as a hub for government activities, including the Health Department. The scope of works includes retrofitting the existing Schneider Building Management System (BMS) to Distech Controls, improving energy efficiency and system integration, as well as upgrading the building’s access control system to enhance security and centralize management. These upgrades will ensure the facility is equipped with modern, scalable infrastructure.
