In 2017, Leopard Controls was awarded the Building Management System (BMS) upgrade for the BGC Centre, a 20-level building located at 128 The Esplanade, Perth. The project involved the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a new control system to enhance the building’s performance. The BMS upgrade included connecting all infrastructure via a Native BACnet communication internetwork, adhering to the ASHRAE Standard 135-2012. Leopard Controls’ work encompassed critical plant monitoring, life safety systems, and tenant infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and compliance with Australian Standards. The building features modern amenities, including a conference facility, secure bicycle parking, showers, and basement services.
