Leopard Controls has been awarded the Controls Upgrade project for the Feral Brewing Company, collaborating with Flying Foam Pty Ltd to enhance the brewery’s operational efficiency. This upgrade includes the integration of advanced control systems for the brewery’s processes. A key feature of the project is the installation of new Siemens Acvatix SQS85 solenoids, which will be set to adjustable temperature set points. These solenoids will open when temperatures exceed the designated set points, ensuring precise control of the brewing environment.
In addition to the new solenoids, the upgrade allows for future scalability, with provisions for three spare fermentation vessels, two spare bright beer tanks, and two waste tanks. Detailed design work will focus on creating comprehensive graphics and specifications for the upgraded controls. This project aims to optimize the brewing process, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency at the Feral Brewing Company.
