Leopard Controls was awarded the mechanical, electrical, BMS, and EMS portion of the Lakelands Shopping Centre development project. Located 60 km south of Perth, this 21,170m² sub-regional centre is anchored by major retailers like Coles, Kmart, and Aldi, alongside 38 specialty food and service stores. The project also includes a Coles Express, childcare facility, and a range of eateries and services such as a gym, medical centre, and pharmacy. Leopard Controls’ involvement focused on ensuring efficient building and energy management systems, contributing to a seamless and comfortable shopping experience with over 1,000 parking spaces.
