summary
Leopard Controls was awarded the mechanical electrical, and BMS portion of the redevelopment project, which significantly expanded the shopping centre from 38,535m² to 63,000m² of retail space. The project introduced over 220 stores, including the first next-generation David Jones store in WA, alongside other major retailers such as Target, Kmart, Coles, and Woolworths. The redevelopment also featured a new multi-deck car park, dining areas, and upgraded air handling and smoke exhaust systems. Leopard Controls’ role involved the installation and commissioning of advanced mechanical services, including chilled water circuits, HVAC systems, and a Building Management System with direct digital control, ensuring the centre met the latest technical standards for operational efficiency.
