Leopard Controls was awarded the Energy Management System (EMS) portion of the Rivière Residences development project, a premier luxury living complex located in the picturesque suburb of Applecross, Perth. This prestigious project features unparalleled residences with sweeping views of the Swan River and offers a variety of high-end amenities, including a rooftop pool, lounge areas, and dining options.

As part of our solution, we installed an Optergy EMS, a non-subscription service that provides ongoing tenant billing without any recurring monthly costs. This innovative system allows for comprehensive energy monitoring, empowering residents to manage their energy consumption effectively. The EMS includes a web-based platform for remote data logging and graphical user interfaces, allowing users to access real-time system parameters conveniently.

Additionally, the EMS captures vital metrics such as kilowatt power, daily and total production, and cumulative carbon savings. We also ensured that the web portal remains operational for a minimum of five years, providing residents and management with a robust and user-friendly energy management solution that aligns with Rivière’s commitment to luxury and sustainability.
