In 2023, Leopard Controls was awarded the comprehensive mechanical electrical and Building Management System (BMS) portion of a major redevelopment project. The scope included designing, supplying, and installing key mechanical services like rooftop exhaust fans, packaged air units, and DX ducted systems for areas such as sports courts, gym, fitness rooms, and offices. Our team also managed the demolition of outdated systems, providing a seamless upgrade of the site’s infrastructure.

The project demanded extensive testing, commissioning, and integration of the BMS for complete control and monitoring of mechanical services. By incorporating multifunction electrical meters and variable speed drives, we ensured the site achieved its performance and energy efficiency goals. Leopard Controls also provided ongoing system maintenance, training, and a comprehensive 12-month building tuning process to fine-tune operations post-completion, ensuring long-term sustainability and functionality.
