Leopard Controls was awarded the Energy Management System (EMS) portion for both Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the Precinct residential development project at 893 Canning Highway, Mt Pleasant. This multi-level complex includes 193 apartments and 11 retail/F&B tenancies, along with shared residential services. As part of the project, Leopard Controls supplied CETA Electrical Meters and installed an Optergy EMS, a non-subscription service that enables ongoing tenant billing without monthly fees, ensuring cost efficiency for the building’s tenants and management.

The Optergy EMS enables centralized monitoring and reporting of all energy, water, and gas consumption across the site. The system provides real-time data access, reporting, and analysis, allowing facility managers to track and optimize resource usage. With the integration of CETA Electrical Meters, the platform ensures precise energy management. The EMS supports multi-user access with secure permissions and customizable reports, enabling efficient energy monitoring and tenant billing. This turnkey solution integrates seamlessly with the building’s infrastructure, providing a sustainable and scalable system for long-term energy management and tenant billing without the burden of recurring costs.
