Leopard Controls successfully secured the BMS and DDC upgrade project for the 6-storey, A-grade commercial office building located at 11 Mounts Bay Road, Perth, covering 11,300 m² of commercial space. The project involves replacing the existing Johnson control system with a new architecture that enhances occupant comfort, system monitoring, performance analysis, and operational efficiency. The upgrade will enable users to access real-time data, support dashboards and mobile devices, and allow multiple vendors to maintain the system. Key connected building services include four VAV AHUs, approximately 145 VAVs, exhaust fans, two water-cooled chillers, 21 chiller water-cooled package units, and two heating water boilers.
