The Project
Perth Airport has embarked on a joint venture with Vicinity Centres to develop and jointly own a new 110-store Direct Factory Outlet (DFO) on the airport estate.
The DFO is located on a nine-hectare site on Dunreath Drive, within the Airport West Retail Park, and will offer 24,000m2 of lettable space. It will contain more than 110 tenancies, comprised of specialty outlets, predominantly fashion, together with a creative mix of food and beverage outlets and provision for 1,600 car parking spaces.
Vicinity Centres has a highly successful track record in operating DFOs and is a world leader in retail asset management. They manage $23 billion in assets across the full retail spectrum, including 18 existing shopping centres in Western Australia.
