EY Building
The Project
The EY Building is a modern A Grade office building with ground floor retail and five levels of office accommodation. The building sits above the Elizabeth Quay Busport adjoining the Perth Convention and Entertainment Centre and enjoys river views. The six (6) storey complex provides 11,363 m² of office space with Immediate proximity to Elizabeth Quay waterfront development. Built in 2004, the EY Building offers “End of Trip Facilities” and flexible floor plates size of approximately 2,200 m².
Our Contribution
The project consists of an integrated BMS and DDC control system which includes:
- Eight (8) MSSB’s
- BACnet Open Systems Integration
- Circa 800 BMS Points
- Integration with an independent TCP/IP network
- Extensive monitoring and integration of electrical metering and Hydraulic services

- Replacement of Johnson DDC Controls Design & Installation.
- Provision of new managed IP network.
- Integration with Metering system
- Monthly tenant Afterhours usage data
- Remote Web based access & e-mail link for critical alarms.
- NABERS Data Collection & Reporting
