Lakeside Shopping Centre

The Project

Doric was engaged to significantly expand Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City by delivering an additional 29,000m² of retail and office floor space. On completion of the works, the centre’s gross lettable area rose to over 70,000m².

The expansion included a new major supermarket, a Big W store and 100 speciality stores as well as 2,000 additional car parking spaces in a new four-level car park. Stage 1 was successfully delivered in December 2007 and Stage 2 was delivered in December 2008.

  • Tenant Billing & Reporting of 240 speciality stores

Our Solution

The project consists of six (6) main mechanical services switchboards (MSSB) complete with an integrated control system which includes;

  • Lonworks Open Systems Integration
  • 5000 BMS Points
  • Open Systems BMS Front End
  • UPS Backed BMS hardware
  • Fibre Optic & CAT5 BMS Networks
  • Extensive monitoring and integration of electrical and Hydraulic services.
