This transformation repositions Forrest Chase as a vibrant retail and entertainment precinct, expanding its footprint to enhance the shopping experience. Key features of the project include the reconfiguration of specialty stores and entrances for Woolworths, Goodlife, and Myer, as well as the addition of 11 new food tenancies. The redevelopment also involves modernizing the existing infrastructure, including a new lightweight structure replacing the Padbury Walk and enhancing loading dock facilities.
